My AC unit was not cooling and a friend referred me to call Exact temp. I spoke to a friendly lady name Crystal. She was very helpful and schedule me an immediate appointment for same day service. Kenny arrived at my house within 2 hrs of my call. He performed a diagnostic test and quickly found the unit was low on Freon. He fixed the problem and now I have cool air in my house tonight. Price was fair and reasonable. This was a great 1st time experience and everything went smoothly and was professionally handled all the way through. Very satisfied.
