I've been going to Alexander for all of my computer needs for over 5 yrs now - I wouldn't trust it to anyone else. He saved my old Gateway laptop several times. He has taken amazing care of my custom-built desktop, with all of its nuances and issues, and now that I am in the market for a new laptop he was the first person's advice I sought for what to buy. Wonderful experience overall! Their at-home office space is easy to find with a nice waiting area and overall nice atmosphere. Very professional business. I had someone sit on my laptop aggressively (long story) and my LCD screen completely shattered. The computer worked fine, just needed a screen repair. Alex sat me down for a consult, asking me not only about the screen but if there were any other issues with my computer he might be able to help with. Very thorough and much appreciated! Anyway, they fixed my screen in 3-4 business days without any trouble and now my laptop is as good as new. I highly recommend this place, not only because it is a small, family-owned and operated business (support local businesses!) but because the prices are very reasonable and the overall experience was 100% professional and pleasant. This is the first time I have ever taken a laptop for repair. Alex was great. First I called a couple places I found online to see who seemed like they would be able to help me the best. After reading the reviews online I called Alex 5 minutes later and made an appointment for the evening of the very next day. I had a data recovery and repair done and by Tuesday early afternoon it was ready for pickup. Great turn around and I'm so happy I have my laptop back. He also gave great tips for up keeping my macbook.

I have turned to Alex for all of my computer-related needs for years and have never been disappointed. He has custom built both a laptop and a desktop for me, with both custom jobs tuned to hardware/software needs required for my personal/professional preferences and requirements. Both were completed and ready for my pickup before the estimated times given and have served me well ever since. He has helped me set up an external hard-drive to backup all of my data, which has proved vital. In addition, when my sister's data was lost while working on her dissertation, Alex was able to help her recover ALL of it, in addition to the rest of her personal data. Alex is extremely professional and explains all estimates, solutions and advice for avoiding future problems in a manner suited for all, novices to experts, all at a low cost.
