Had a thermal issue with my laptop. On the Go PC Repairs was very professional and had a good experience overall. However, price was a bit higher than I was hoping for, and they ordered the wrong fan initially, so the repair process took longer than I was targeting (2.5 weeks from dropoff).
I have been meaning to write a review since they fixed my chromebook a year ago. They were fantastic. I dropped my Chromebook and broke the corner/hinge so that the laptop was unusable. They came and picked it up at my apartment. Then, when they dropped it off, they checked it, realized something was still not right, and took it right back to further fix. They worked their magic and delivered it to my apartment again. It's been a full year, and my chromebook is still working great! Plus, they were very kind, professional, etc. And the repairs cost me half of what it would have cost to buy a new model in a comparable range. If I have any other issues, I'll definitely go back to them. Highly recommend!
They are truly exceptional. Their customer service is commendable and highly responsive. While I do not anticipate any issues with my PC, should the need arise, On the Go is undoubtedly the place to receive excellent value for your investment. Thank you once again. Excellent service! 100% recommended.. Called them Sunday noon with the requirements that my PC needed a Hard Drive Reset. I had my PC back by Monday. Quick efficient service at a very reasonable price point.
Would caution if you have a MAC maybe they are better at repairing Windows screens. I got my screen replaced several months everything was fine for a while and was really pleased with the results. But over time I've had several issues, the 1st being the web camera doesn't work at all, and most recently everytime I close my computer its completely black when I open it, I have to restart my computer each time which is really frustrating. I never had these issues before I got the screen replaced, and its past warranty so it can't be serviced. Its frustrating because I essentially wasted $400. If I have to spend that same amount to get it fixed thats the same as buying a new computer.
