On 12/12/25 I called and spoke with Hayley about a permanent light installation for my property. After a promising initial conversation, I made several follow-up calls. Each time, I was told they would get back to me — most recently with a firm promise that someone would reach out “on or about 01/12/26.” Guess what? No call. No email. No message. Nothing. Not even a courtesy follow-up to say they changed their mind, got busy, or aren’t doing the work anymore. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for weeks, I’m left wondering whether this company knows what professionalism or basic communication even means. If you’re thinking about hiring Brite Nites, think again. Don’t expect responsiveness, follow-through, or respect for your time. This is exactly the kind of runaround that makes you regret picking a local service. Unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
