Koala Insulation of Newark DE are true professionals. Their experience with insulating an older home is second to none. We had them extract all of the old insulation & installed new throughout the attic space in our daughters home. Owner / operator that has a passion for his business explained what was needed. His Koala insulation team was on time, professional, and experienced with residential air sealing & insulation. 100% will use Koala with future homes

Koala worked me into their schedule at short notice. Their work was professional with great follow up. Everything was left neat and tidy in my attic and crawlspace. I noticed an immediate improvement in the comfort of my house. They also handled all the Energize Delaware rebate paperwork.

Matt Baxter was extremely helpful and always took the time to explain the process and make me feel comfortable. Matt was looking out for my best interest from the start. He offered options for savings and came out twice during the scope development process to ensure everything would work out great. Matt came out every day of the project as well. Don’t bother calling anyone else for your insulation needs. After going through a long list of unreliable contractors, I can honestly say that Matt and the team at Koala Insulation of Newark are the only ones who truly have their act together. Dealing with other companies was a total nightmare, but this experience was the exact opposite. I have a 150-year-old house, which presents a lot of unique challenges. Even after the job was finished and paid for, we found a small spot that had been missed because it was obstructed by old materials. Unlike many contractors who disappear once they have your money, Matt came back out immediately to fix... Don’t bother calling anyone else for your insulation needs. Matt and his team were wonderful to work with. I got insulation for my attic and in the knee walls in my Cape Cod style home. They kept me well informed through the whole job, we’re very professional, and worked with me in my schedule. Highly recommend!
