John Cochran and his team are wonderful! I came home from work one evening and discovered that my water heater went "kaput". After cleaning up the mess, I texted The Water Heater Company at 8:00 PM. I received a quote the same night and had a new water heater installed the very next day! I'm very satisfied and now a life long customer!!

My old water heater dies at 6 pm on a Friday night, the night before the big Jan 26' storm coming in. I text the company per the website instructions. The owner gets right back to me, we exchange a few info texts. A great tech named Larry shows up at 7 AM the next morning, a Saturday, and completely replaces my water heater, removal of the old one and all, in about 1 hour and is gone by 8:15 AM. Super fair price, no emergency or weekend charge. Mind blowing service. Completely unexpected in 2026. Thank you, Jon and Larry!

Great local company to do business with. Unbelievably quick with quality work re: Electric Water Heater Installation. Phoned "The Water Heater Company" at 11:00 AM provided pictures of the 15-year-old unit that needed replacing . By 11:30 I had an estimate covering all costs (a new unit and its installation). By 1:45 PM they were out with a truck and within the next hour the new unit had been installed, Larry took his time after installation to insure the unit was properly heating. After all was said and done, the price was the same as originally quoted, no surprises, no upsells. Larry used drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned after...
