1 Day Concrete Coatings

We had concrete coating applied to our patio today by 1-Day Concrete Coatings of Mike's Quality Painting. The coating looks great, and will definitely improve the look and useability of our covered patio. The job was completed in about 9 hours, and will be fully useable in 72 hours. The crew did an amazing job. They were prompt, careful, industrious, and friendly. They started off with two people in the morning, and brought in two more in the afternoon. They repaired all the cracks and pitting on the surface of the cement. We don't see any flaws in the surface now. There was not much of a mess during the work, and they cleaned everything up to our satisfaction before they departed. They only thing they left behind was a really great coating on our patio. I want to thank the whole crew for an outstanding job: Brandon G. and Sergio A. (first crew in the morning) Anthony (Crew Leader) Haley G. (Estimator-who was also our salesperson, and did a good job explaining everything) Grace (Customer Advocate) Illyn, Judy, and Katia (Schedulers) They all worked together to give us a wonderful coating on our patio. We would definitely do this again!

Scheduled the job with Tomas M. 1 Day concrete coatings 3 months out. Grace contacted me 3 days before install and told me that all was on schedule. The team consisting of Timothy W., Brandon R., and Anthony C. arrived a few minutes early, explained the work, and performed the job as described. So far I have been very happy. My only criticism is that while the job is "done" in one day, it was not pre-explained to me that the floor needs to cure for 72 hours after the work is done before I can park my cars back in and the garage door needs to be left above the floor (open) at least overnight. I mention this so others can plan properly. All in all, work done. I ended up leaving the garage empty for 5 days to ensure a full cure. No complaints. I would use this company and team again.
