I think they did the best they personally could, but they never caught any of the mice (definitely helped with a few cockroaches though) despite coming three times and setting over a dozen traps and bait. Our handyman made a much bigger difference by patching up holes (which to be fair was suggested by this company). After almost two months of no luck, our mouse finally waltzed into the $12 humane trap I purchased that had been sitting there. $600 was a lot for a one bedroom English basement and no results, but they did come three times and were gracious enough to offer a generous partial refund so I can’t complain much. Would call them again for bug problems—just not rodent problems. I think our handyman doing permanent fixes and my installing gap fillers under doors/windows and storing food in glass containers made the biggest difference.

Very drawn out and disappointing experience. My kitchen counter was broken during the initial visit and I had to fight for the company to help pay to try to temporarily seal the broken pieces.The mice problem was reduced, but not solved. After multiple attempts and visits by many different people working for EJs, I still have a mouse problem. This is after investing countless hours and nearly 2,000 dollars in the problem. Our last interaction involved the owner literally yelling at me over the phone and hanging up. Highly unprofessional. Please save your time, your money, and your mental health and seek pest control elsewhere.

Take note of how they do not have the pride to even have their physical address listed. Also note how if you want to speak to the owner youll be directed to a "manager" Ieojama who is the "EJ" as in the owner not that shell mention that. Not enough pride in her business to actually stand up for what she does. Its effectively a scam. If you need the most absolutely basic services like a perimeter spray youll just be overpaying but if you need anything requiring real work like trapping theyll try to circle around and charge you as much as they can with retraps. Just buy traps at home depot they're 40 bucks and reusable and sardines are 50 cents. Thats all this business will do for you anyways.
