I took my car to get the Sway bar WITH links and bushings to be replaced. I even took my car there the day before so they could confirm it. When they were done looking at it AFTER 2 and half hours later the guy NEVER said that it didn't need the sway bar but gave me an estimate $285 because I had the parts (kit). Per conversation it was poor communication on their end because it was my understanding I was priced on what parts I had. Why would I buy a whole kit if I only needed the links and the bushings out of it. ??!! I could have done the bushings and links myself. I Took it there the next day and dropped it off because he said it would be 3 hours. I called to check on car after 3 and half hours later and he said it was done, and he was getting ready to call me.. lol. Once I got there I was informed that it didn't need the sway bar so why didn't he tell me on the day I brought it there to get an estimate when they looked at it for almost 3 hours! I COULD HAVE DONE THE LINKS AND THE BUSHINGS MYSELF, BUT I THOUGHT IT NEEDED THE SWAY BAR but that required the sub frame to be let down some. NEVER GO HERE !! POOR COMMUNICATION AND VERY PRICEY.

I was recommended to this shop due to my regular mechanic of 10+ years being out the country. Bo the owner & his staff were very nice & explained everything to me. Went in for my B service on my 24’ C300.. everything looked good minus my front tires ( I’m a speedy Gonzales lol) which I switched out elsewhere. Other than that, service was good & price even better. Thank you, Bo& team! Would’ve given 5stars but the person who knows how to remove service notification wasn’t there so it still pops up though it’s completed.
