This company doesn't stand by their work when their technicians do faulty repairs. I paid them to repair a defrost timer and the fridge did not defrost like it was supposed to. I never noticed it didn't work till 5 months later when the compressor froze up. Another contractor tried to work on it, but the wiring was so screwed up they would have charged me $750-1000 to get it done. Eichenauer refused to even look at it again without charging me. I had another issue with them a couple months ago when I asked them to repair an ice machine. They said I had to replace a part and pay about $1000. I had another local contractor look at it and he repaired a wire and it took them under 90 minutes. I still had to pay eichenauer over $200 for assessing the damage. Eichenhauer will require to keep your credit card on file and charge you no matter what. Save your money and call another contractor.
