Joe came out to measure the whole house to decide what BTU furnace I would need & capacity of the water heater. Service was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Chaser & John were professional & worked together very well. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and took the old furnace & water heater including all of the packing material with them. I have since called with some questions which were answered & the ones that weren’t they are going to call back. Kevin has been my contact when calling and has always patiently answered & explained my questions & concerns. I have no doubt that I will receive a call back this week with answers to a few unanswered questions.

I needed a tankless hot water heater replaced and my plumber had retired. I was able to mount it and attach to the existing vent system and attach the propane line, I needed a plumber for the soldered copper lines to be matched up and hook up the thermostat. A D Binder was recommended and we were able to get a date set up. Repairman called before coming and arrived promptly. Copper work was done very well with no leaks. Another repairman had to come the next day, attach the thermostat and make sure it was set properly. It has been running perfectly since they left. I will highly recommend them if needed.
