Bodine Electric of Decatur

Made an appointment for my home electrical repairs and they sent a gentleman out who seemed annoyed (didn't speak a word) and gave my husband and I no information on what was needed or prices or dates, nothing at all. In the following days, we had to call the company multiple times asking for any estimate, date, any information at all and was told to wait for a "callback", which never happened. We had to go without power for almost an entire week while waiting on this company to respond to our calls and questions. We had a 3 phase motor occasionally growling. Acting like the brake was on and motor trying to run. Very intermittent issue. When this issue occurred motor brake did have power to release brake. Bodine took motor back to Decatur and went thru motor. They replaced bearings and noticed the brake assembly was sitting crooked. They repaired this issue and has ran great ever since. Bodine did a great job. I had lost the power in my garage after over 28 years of no problems. Michael diagnosed a outdoor power box had gone bad and replaced it and another old box with a GFI. He was very efficient and courteous and I was very pleased we didn't have to dig up the driveway to get the job done.

Bodine Electric came out this morning. 2 hours later we have light and power again in the bathroom. These guys went in that hot attic..never complained and got us up and going. Thank you so so much. I am so glad I don't have to take a shower tonight by a lantern. Lol
