Katy Hand
Doug Raffield was the technician that came to diagnose the problem with my fridge. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He cleaned everything up and communicated with my rental company to hopefully get the repairs completed ASAP. I was, of course, hoping everything could get fixed that same day, but I understand the process.

We called Economy Heating and Air for our scheduled maintenance. Tim noticed an issue with the capacitor wiring on the condenser was starting to burn. He fixed it without issue and was able to warrant the capacitor since we were on the maintenance plan. I was impressed with Tim, his quick fix, and great communication!
