I had an excellent experience at this cell phone store tonight. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really look into the issue instead of rushing through it. He quickly identified the problem and handled it with care and professionalism. It's refreshing to find a place where someone genuinely wants to help and knows exactly what they're doing. If you're looking for honest service, great communication, and someone you can trust with your devices, I highly recommend this store. I'll definitely be coming back and sending others their way.
Replaced my charging port and battery in about 45 minutes. Reasonably priced for parts and labor given how quickly they work. Good customer service. They fix more than phones(a few ps5's were being fixed) Calling ahead is better than walking in, but they'll take care of you either way. They wont try to upsell you or charge you unnecessarily.
I had an amazing experience getting my PS5 repaired by Thomas. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system. The repair was done quickly and my PS5 is now running perfectly again. You can really tell he cares about doing quality work and helping his customers. Straightforward and honest came in with a charging issue with some headphones they did a couple of tests real quick and confirmed the charging Port wasn't working. Gave me the pros and cons of trying to repair these specific headphones and didn't charge a dime. It's going to take a little longer but the manufacturer will be able to help me out. Overall a good experience and would recommend checking them out, cheers
