Emerald Coast Appliance Repair

I arrived home 12/23/2025 approx. 7pm, after grocery shopping, to a refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon checking, the freezer was warm. Panicked, I headed for the Internet. At my 3rd call I reached Don at Emerald Coast. I explaining the problem, sent photo and Don gave me several options - come tonite for $250 after hours fee or the following morning for half the cost. He explained if he came that night and needed a part that he possibly did not have, he’d have to come back in the morning with the part. From our experience we would highly recommend. We called around 1pm and was advised they could come out same day between 2-4 pm and Jeff would call when he was on way. Jeff did call to let us know he was on the way around 2pm. The dryer was repaired by 3:45 pm. Jeff was very knowledgeable and polite. The lady that answered to take the repair was exceptionally polite and informative. Sorry I didn’t get your name. We thank both of you for the pleasant experience.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone! Jeff came over and fixed our dryer after I tinkered with it for almost 2 weeks trying to figure it out. He was so professional and just seemed like a genuinely kind, knowledgeable person, he even talked me through what he was checking and why after realizing I had been trying to fix it on my own which no one has ever offered. They showed up same day and kept me updated on when he should be arriving so I could plan accordingly, and all of the pricing was upfront and very reasonable. Everyone I talked with from start to finish was nothing but helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your service!

Highly recommended!!! Was updated on arrival time. The technician, Jeff was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. If you have any appliance issues call them!!!
