I originally gave them 5 stars because I just recently became a customer and up until now I had great experiences dealing with them. I like to shop local and support local businesses. Now I change my review to one star. I ordered a part that I later discovered it was damaged. I returned it and that's when their true colors came out. They refused ti refund me for the damaged part. Then they refused to order the part I requested instead trying to tell me what part I needed. Samsung said the part I had was an exact fit but the guy at A1 sore it was the wrong part.

Good afternoon I purchased a part from A1 which turned out to be the wrong part. Jeff was great to work with in getting my refund.

Nice people, waited for us to get there even though they were closing.

Don’t shop here! These guys especially the manager in the back lie’s to old ladies. Said a $200 part that they promised would be there in 2 days and then a week later was returnable. They provide wrong item and it’s customers fault! When part was no longer needed they deny the return. Very unprofessional and in my situation…liars! Pls don’t spend money in a dishonest business! He now says he can’t help its a misunderstanding. Amazing how quickly they come up with excuses! Old lady’s beware!
