Great experience with this company! Looked around online for a few weeks and chose a few companies for estimates. Aran arrived on time and was very informative with everything. Very quick to get back with any questions or info that I needed. Technicians were on time as well and did a great job with the installation. Had a gas furnace and water heater installed in one day. Everything working great and very happy with the price and service. Definitely, a big recommendation to anyone looking for their service!!

Exceptional service. Very understanding of my ever-changing schedule. My technician Miguel explained in detail, everything that was going to be done and the areas being accessed for the air duct cleaning. He was knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home. From scheduling, to billing, to job performance, all the staff were polite and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

As stated in my original review.. if the install went as well as the estimate then I would be very Happy.. That said D and Ronnie were great, excellent technicians.. broke their buts getting the old system out and the new system in.. they were professional and , personable .. they arrived on time, covered everything and cleaned up when they were done.. they took their time and did things right.. Thank you Eastern Shore Heating and AC.. Job well done, and highly recommended.
