Sica home builders and its owner Al Sica represent one of the best companies I have ever been involved with. Knowledgeable, competent and professionals of the highest caliber.. Our first Sica home suffered severe damage from super storm Sandy. We were so pleased with that home that we enlisted Sica to build our new home. Our experience in both instances was extremely positive. Recently we had an issue with our roof due to several powerful wind/rain storms. We reached out to Al and even though the home warranty had expired, he graciously sent a repair crew to resolve the issue at no cost to us. That exemplifies the integrity of Al and his company. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I just finished our 2 story 3,200 sqft home in Seaside Park. I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire team at Sica Homes. From the design process to completion of our home everyone we encounter was professional, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the process. The customer service during and after the house build was excellent. When I contacted the office or emailed my project manager I would receive a quick and informed response. I called the office recently because I was unsure where my water turn off was .. John one of Sica’s job supers was at my house within an hour to help me. It is nice to know even after we were finished with the project and paid our bill they came out so quickly to help us. The quality of the home is excellent. They did an excellent job on the custom shiplap fireplace and bathrooms we requested. We even had some work done after we moved it and the house was kept so clean you couldn't even tell people were doing work in it. We would highly recommend Sica!

Building a new home is quite the experience but Sica made it enjoyable. The home design service is included which saved us thousands on Architect Plans. Beyond that, the quality and customer service has been great. From the first step until the last step, everyone was responsive and helpful. People also need to realize that when you build a home, regardless of what you pay for it, won't be 100% perfect. It's life people...nothing is perfect but do your research. As a person who has built new homes before most builders are not as dedicated to building a quality home, nor as responsive to your concerns as the experience we had with Sica. Would defiantly recommend.
