My property is tough and Pest Authority has been at war with my neighbors for 2 summers. They are consistent, show up when they say they will, they focus on the areas I ask them to and will come back any time i need if mosquitos show up between applications. Kaitlyn knows my property and proactively treats the problem areas every time! Great service and great results!
First time Kaitlyn has been here and unfortunately she was here for 3 minutes. Dan usually does my property and sprays my whole porch area under my stairs. Not good at.
Had very pleasant experience with phone operator, who was able to explain in detail all options, when service happens and scheduled appointment right away. The tech came early and did the spraying as promised. Very happy!
