These guys are absolutely awesome! Although I've never visited any of their physical locations, I've had two services performed by DVD Game Exchange. I found them on Instagram and was intrigued by the transparency that was expressed. When you can admit to having a business model that would essentially put you out of business, you know they have nothing to lose. My first experience was with a Duel Sense controller that had been dropped by one of my young sons, damaging one of the sticks. Sent it in, no up-front cost outside of shipping, within a couple days I was surprised by a request for payment for completing the repairs. These guys were fast! Controller hasn't had a stick issue since I got it back. The second and very recent repair was for another Duel Sense controller purchased through Amazon refreshed devices. I bought it for my kiddo and when he opened on Xmas we found it was defective. After weeks of trying to get a refund/replacement I figured let's give the guys at DVD Game Exchange another job. Sent it in and with some good communication with one of their employees on the situation, they got to it. Unfortunately I missed a call from them claiming that the sticks on this controller were also damaged. To my surprise even though I missed the call they repaired the sticks as well as the buttons that were the original issue. All said and done, I would absolutely recommend these guys to anybody with any kind of electronics repair.
