I am the Administrative Coordinator at a golf community in the east valley. The owners association was responsible for having the exterior of a number of homes in our community painted. Knowing that the painters may damage some roof tiles when they paint second story components, we enlisted the service of DroneWorks to document any exiting roof tile damage before painting began. I contacted Kent at Droneworks and received a very competitive bid for the work we wanted. Kent supplied us with high-resolution photos of each roof from different angles and an orthomosaic photo with stitched photos showing the complete set of homes to be painted. From these photos, we could easily zoom in and see individual roof tiles to determine existing damage. Kent has followed up with us post-flight to ensure we were happy with the results, and continues to do so. We have since had him do two more flights with outstanding results. We are extremely pleased with the service and quality of his work, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

We sustained major storm damage to our 140 acre property which resulted in the loss of over 65 trees. Our landscape contractor could not provide timely documentation to identify quantities, sizes, species and locations of all the trees for an insurance claim. DroneWorks came in and quickly mapped the entire property with accurate details and pictures for every tree that was lost. We discovered that the landscape contractor missed over HALF of the total trees which would have negatively impacted the insurance claim and cost thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses. DroneWorks simplified an otherwise labor-intensive process which saved a significant amount of time and money.
