My three daughters and I went to the mall today looking to get their ears pierced. My oldest daughter got her third piercing the second oldest got her second piercing and my baby who is five got her first piercing. It was a great experience. All of the employees were super helpful and kind. They gave all my daughter‘s matching bracelets, the cleaning solution they needed and a $50.00 gift card. They were so sweet. A very good first experience for my five year old. All my daughters look super cute and the earrings are bling!

Went here for an anniversary gift, found something I thought my wife would like. Took it home, but she wanted me to return it. Thought I was successful the next day, as they seemed to process a return; but in fact: they CHARGED ME A SECOND TIME after taking back their merchandise! Crooks! Never going there again.

After seven years, I’ve had my wedding ring a small diamond fell out. I called to see if they’re able to fix the replacement just to find out that they don’t cover any repairs on jewelry you purchased from them unless you purchased the lifetime guarantee which just started a year ago. Very misleading. Martha, the store manager showed absolutely no concern or empathy regarding the situation and was just trying to make a sale on warranty packages. Save your time and go to Zales where they don’t make you purchase any type of warranties for repairs on your jewelry bought at their store!

We went in to get my wife's ring looked at because one of the stones had fallen off. They were so helpful and very friendly. They understood what that ring means to my wife so they made no hesitation to get it fixed. I had purchased a necklace from them before and they offered to clean it for me, leaving it nice and shiny like new.The vibe in that store made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Great hospitality. They have great deals and a good variety of jewelry, which I will be purchasing a beautiful one of a kind Movado watch. The holidays around the corner and Daniel's Jewelers is a perfect gift for any occasion.
