I would never come here again. For Christmas I was given a beautiful 14k hollow gold necklace and it was my favorite thing to wear. It was until it broke, so I went to go get it fixed and they told me that it was another $200. I wanted it fixed so I payed. Got it back a 3 weeks later and it broke a second time without me even touching it. I went back and one of the workers had the audacity to tell me I probably broke it on purpose and was being too rough with it. I was hurt because it was rude but also because I loved the necklace and didn’t want to give it up. The owner ended up helping me out and he said I could exchange it for anything I wanted in the store. I got it back and wanted to exchange it and they told me I had to pay $600 more. The owner was probably one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met, he talked down to me like a was a child. I ended up taking it to get it sold and that’s when I found out it was 10k gold and not 14k. If I could give negative stars I would.
