I can honestly say that I feel like I was ripped off. I had Dougs repair my tractor mower twice and had parts for them. It never really ran good after they worked on my mower. Once I got it home which I had to do all the transporting I had to take it back with again another hefty bill. Since it never really ran good I took it to Roys and can honestly say it is running like it is brand new.
Nearly panicked when my generator would not start, powering my fridge full of frozen salmon, when my solar is low , Doug offered emergency services, which is impossible with Vegas shops, and offered advice and got me out of a jam !
i took my mower in for not starting, they serviced it and did other things, they said it starts, i came home, went right out and mowed the lawn, the next week it would not start, brought it back, they replaced the carb and took out the auto choke and installed a manual primer, they said it starts, i tried to mow the lawn the next day, it wouldnt start, after pulling on it over 20 times my neighbor came over and pulled some more and it finally coughed, another pull it ran, this week, i pulled on it over 30 times, it would not start, i got mad and went and bought a new lawn mower. I dont have the time to keep running back out to this shop to have the same results and my lawn is still not mowed, New mower, 1 pull, it starts.
DONT FALL FOR CHEAP LABOR Dougs one stop repair shop was awful. Charged over $900 to take my expensive oem parts and traded them for cheap after market ones. My dirt bike wouldn’t even stop when I picked it up after a month and a half of waiting. Then once it did run it blew up first day. Awful. Do not waste your time.
The guys took my new generator in for initial service, set up and break in. Friendly expert service, great prices. It's worth buying a broken lawn mower at a garage sale just to have a reason to go visit them!
