I have never had a single dealership waste more of my time. I went to purchase a vehicle outright today after speaking with the salesperson (Banjo) about the truck since Friday. I’m there in the truck today with the keys ready to drive it and pay cash when the lackey comes up and says he needs the keys back because the vehicle is sold. Why did you waste my time? Did you think I would fall for the bait and switch? I knew what I was there for just as you did, and you pulled some crap allowing $20k to walk off the lot to be spent elsewhere. Also to mention the thousands of dollars of questionable service I’ve had performed there over the past four years. I’m not giving you guys any more of my money nor will I suggest anybody I know to buy a vehicle from here. The only decent thing about this dealership is the guy that drives the shuttle, Jack is cool. Jack deserves more stars, the sales team deserves less than one star.

I would like to take a few seconds to say that if you are in a challenging situation and need help look no further than right here. Stacy was awesome, in fact the entire experience was amazing. Not only did she get me to come in after a horrible experience with a dealer in Las Vegas she 100% did absolutely everything she said she would. She got me into a great car with low miles and at a monthly payment that’s almost unheard of these days. Stacy, you are the best and anytime we are in the market for a new or used vehicle you are always going to be my first phone call.
