Needed work done in a hurry but ended up paying for it in the end. $1,300 to replace the front control arms and test for leak in AC. Thought I was also getting breaks and the serpentine belt replaced for that total. Went to pick it up and was told to come back for the rest. He also told me I needed to replace the condenser for my AC to work and I took it somewhere else and all it needed was to be recharged.
Excellent customer service. Very reasonable prices. Quality service. The owner Jabez went out of his way to help me with my car repair. He gave me fair estimate of repair, under promised and over delivered. This business establishment earned me as a client for life. Thank u for your honest service and care!
Quality Auto Repair did some brake work on my Toyota Tundra a few months ago. I meant to leave a review but forgot. 5 Stars = Excellent Great customer service!
They are VERY good at what they do, and they are as honest as they come. They always call about price changes before they do any work on it, in every step, and they keep you updated throughout. They are cheaper than any other mechanic in town as well. We've been going to them ever since we moved here 8 years ago.
