Just got my truck back. I had damaged the passenger side of my 2020 Ram truck. From door to right wheel. Side of bed just crushed in. From time I walked in to the time I got my truck, I was treated with respect and dignity. Both the manager and front desk person were so professional. Easy to talk to and very understanding of my situation. The repair made my truck look showroom condition. Highly recommend this company. I have never been treated this good by any repair shops in my 73 years. This is a very good company and personnel.
If you are looking for integrity, superb workmanship and honesty this is the place!! I damaged my truck on a Monday and needed it fixed by Friday to head out of state. I scraped and dented the rear passenger door, door panel, the whole bed side, to the rear taillight. Charlie and his expert team had my truck looking like brand new in just 4 days! I HIGHLY recommend A1 Auto Body Connection for any repair work. I’m even bringing it back later this year to have them do a modification (drop down step). 10 stars if I could!
Spoke with Charlie the owner about the damage on my truck . He said it would take 3 days . Dropped the truck off on a Wednesday and it was ready Friday morning. The repair was excellent workmanship! Perfect match on the paint . They even washed the entire truck . It looked brand new. Great work and Charlie was great to work with . I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for body work . Thanks Charlie .
Charlie and his team did a good job. Sourcing parts caused a delay of over a week. I was allowed to stay in my camper van on their property while the work was done. This was a kindness that saved me a lot of money. Also, I was given use of the “shop car” during that time. That was very generous. Once all the parts arrived, the van went together relatively quickly. I’m satisfied; 4 1/2 stars.
