I am very happy with Culligan of Geneva. It is nice to work with local family owned companies who care about their customers. I have worked with Tim twice now for water softener rental and have been very satisfied both times. Installer arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Tim, the salesman, was friendly and very thorough explaining the product and what to expect. Trevor, the installer, was very efficient and friendly and explained to me how it works and to just call if any questions should arise .Never owned one before.
