Requested a tech to come out and take a look at a range we have. They came quick and the consultation was fast, if a bit curt. They told us they would order the parts (they did not have them in stock) and call us back to schedule the actual repair. Two weeks go by, so I call to check in. No answer. Left a voicemail, no return call. Fine, maybe it’s a busy week. Two more weeks go by without hearing back so I call again. No answer again. I wait another two weeks, it’s now a month and a half, so I decide to visit the store. The individuals at the desk were nice enough. They said sorry they must have lost the ticket and they told us they’d come back out to start the process again (inspection then repair) and they wouldn’t charge me for the second inspection. Fine. Second tech comes out only this one is actually rude. Fine, we just need our stove repaired so we don’t say anything. Same as before he tells us they will order the parts and call back to schedule the repair. Three weeks go by so I call, no answer. I gave up. Went with another business. Would not recommend.
