Café Two‑Drawer Dishwasher Failure at 6 Months — Multiple Board Replacements, Still Not Working. Purchased a GE Cafe 2-drawer dishwasher from Aitoro. Had a delightful purchase experience. Unfortunately, our dishwasher stopped working 6 months after it was installed. GE service came out and could not fix it. Ordered three electric circuit boards. Came back 10 days later. One of the boards they had shipped was defective. Now we need to wait another 8 days for service to return. We'll have been without our dishwasher for a month at that point. I had a very positive experience with the delivery of my stacked Washer Dryer. I explained to Aitoro that the stairs to my laundry closet were narrow so they sent a special team that could handle the challenge. Everything went smoothly with no complaints and no grumbling. I would definitely recommend Aitoro to friends because of their special attention to my needs.

Another 5-star vote for this fine business. Benny was a great salesman, helping us find a Bosch dishwasher to replace our problematic, old Miele. We've had it for 7 months and love it. Within days, their all-star installer installed our new unit and upgraded an electrical problem in the process. We compared prices, and they were spot on except THEY had the dishwasher in stock and could install it in days. We'll be back if we need a new appliance!
