Had a Omega watch serviced last year and an accuracy issue surfaced. I took the watch back in and the guys remembered me. Good conversation and they took the watch and will fix at n/c - under service warranty. Nice touch all around. I'll update if needed.

I took two watches here, one for a full service with repairs and another just for a strap replacement. The staff was friendly, trustworthy, and explained everything clearly. Both watches came out great and were ready on time. Highly recommend for their professional service.

I was referred to De La Rosa's to fix my 90 year-old mother's watch, a gift 30 years ago from my father, who has now passed away. Pablo was so helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I stepped in the shop. He was also so attentive and invested in making sure I knew the steps to fix it, the timeline and the cost.
