My father passed away and he left me a collection of vintage watches I have taken a few over to this great establishment and they got them running and rebanded again so I left a very nice old pocket watch with them to repair I wait anxiously to see the end result because they do GREAT work SINCERELY AN EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER
Great, easy and fast service. I went in to get a new watch adjusted and a new battery for another of my watches and was out in 5-7 minutes. Amazing and fair price(s) as well.
I bought a used Seiko automatic watch which had very low amplitude and was keeping terrible time. I shopped around and was being quoted anywhere between $300-$600 to overhaul the movement. The Watch Repair Company charged me $220 and the watch runs beautifully now with an amplitude stronger than most new watches I've bought and is regulated perfectly. The man who owns and runs this shop obviously has a level of experience that allows him to disassemble, clean, lubricate, reassemble, and regulate a movement quickly and expertly. The wait time was about twice as long as I was quoted, but being in the repair business myself I understand the numerous variables that can effect wait times and at the end of the day his exceptional work at an amazing price speaks for itself.
He did such a good job on repairing my necklaces! It is either done within a week or 2 days, so fast! And very very reasonably priced. As you can see in the pictures, they look great. He also fixed my mom’s old watch as I was about to give up on it. 10/10 recommended, will keep coming back with my broken stuff😂(sorry I keep forgetting to bring the slips when I pick things up)
