Joe Apodaca is a phenomenal technician. Save his business card because it's always nice to call back the same technician. He has excellent customer service, he definitely solved my problem, did it quickly and didn't try to up sale me on anything.

George was great. They did come an hour past the time frame they had said, but things happen. He was kind, took his time, but was still efficient in finding out what was wrong with my dishwasher. He also took the additional step to explain everything and to give me tips in how to run it now that the problem was identified. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I wish the communication about the scheduling was better. It would have been great if they had informed me that they would be late. Regardless, I would recommend and use them again!
