They came out quickly to assess the job but then it took months to get them to actually give me a date of when they would come out. The appointment was for months later. No call the day before the appointment so I called them to confirm and they confirmed the appointment and time. They did not show at the designated time and then cancelled shortly after the appointment time stating they had an emergency conflict. I asked when we could reschedule and they said they would get back to me with a date and time. I never heard from them again. I called, emailed and texted and left about 25 polite messages over a period of 2 months but they would not reply. I guess they don't need the business.

We purchased a Regency wood stove at Ace Swim and Leisure in September 2010 and when we did our annual maintenance on it this fall, we realized the ceramic baffles were broken. We went to see David Smart at his Fireplace store to purchase or order them so we would be set for winter. He informed us that the baffles would be covered under warranty and contacted Regency for us to get them ordered free of charge. We had no idea they were covered and we informed David that we appreciated his honesty as he could have just let us assume we needed to buy them. We had the new baffles within two weeks and are now ready for our winter burning. We highly recommend this business and the trustworthiness of David which is not easy to find these days.
