On New Years Day our furnace began having an intermittent problem not reaching the set temp. We are repeat customers of theirs so I decided to wait until later on Friday, because I didn't want to ruin anyone's New Years. I called and received a call back in 10mins from Evan. He offered to come 1st thing Saturday morning which was great! I figured this would be a difficult one because of how intermittent the problem was. Evan was very thorough with his inspection and managed to get the furnace up and running but explained what he thought the problem might be and said the furnace may start acting up again. He further explained he would need to go back to the shop to get the part because this style of part they don't stock in the truck, which was fine with me. He was back in a half hour and replaced the part in less than a minute. Thankfully, the part was under warranty so there was just the service charge. The whole time Evan was working, he was explaining everything that was going on. Evan is a great technician figured out the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time. Evan was helpful, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and solve the unusual problem in one visit, which is especially appreciated when you have no heat on a Friday evening.
