Were prompt and professional ... did a thorough job, cleaned up fireplace better than they found it ... great value for the services received. Would highly recommend.

I found out we had a large bird nest in our woodstove chimney when I tried to start our first fire of the season-our house filled with smoke.. I tried calling a few other places who didnt call back or it would be weeks or months to service. I called Ingrams and a LIVE human being answered the phone. It was Tom, the owner, who got right on it- luckily there was a crew in a nearby neighborhood, so they were able to come by that afternoon. They cleaned out the stovepipe, with the accompanying big nest, started a fire to test it,and Justin said he'll come back in the spring to put a new cap on it. Efficient, friendly, reasonable. Tom was very professional and did a quality job. Our chimney needed a lot of repairs when we moved in. Ingram’s gave us an accurate quote and followed through on everything. Now it looks great and I feel safe burning fires this winter! We will continue to use his services for routine cleanings too. From a moms perspective: Both the workers were patient and kind to answer all the questions my kids had about chimney cleaning and repair.
