Ingram's Chimney Sweepers

I found out we had a large bird nest in our woodstove chimney when I tried to start our first fire of the season-our house filled with smoke.. I tried calling a few other places who didnt call back or it would be weeks or months to service. I called Ingrams and a LIVE human being answered the phone. It was Tom, the owner, who got right on it- luckily there was a crew in a nearby neighborhood, so they were able to come by that afternoon. They cleaned out the stovepipe, with the accompanying big nest, started a fire to test it,and Justin said he'll come back in the spring to put a new cap on it. Efficient, friendly, reasonable. Tom even called to check if everything was alright the day. Good customer service still exists!! I've already recommended them to friends.

Tom was very professional and did a quality job. Our chimney needed a lot of repairs when we moved in. Ingram’s gave us an accurate quote and followed through on everything. Now it looks great and I feel safe burning fires this winter! We will continue to use his services for routine cleanings too. From a moms perspective: Both the workers were patient and kind to answer all the questions my kids had about chimney cleaning and repair.
