My Seagate external hard drive stopped working. Thought I had lost 300 to 400 GB of family history photos, first responder radio traffic and other personally valuable data. Took the drive to Earl at Data Corp in Valdosta, Georgia (I live in Madison County, Florida) and he had recovered the data and had it on a new drive within three days. Much quicker service than expected. I now have a back-up to the back-up. Glad to have Data Corp available and will use again if needed. Thanks to Earl and Richard. Pat.

This interaction started with a simple phone call... I was looking for advice, assistance and recommendations on, how to proceed to repair a laptop. I spoke with a Gentleman named, Earl. He was professional, attentive, witty, friendly and very knowledgeable. The conversation was extremely informative. He left me with questions that I was unable to answer... I told him, "I'd find the answers and call back." I did. After I could answer the questions and decide how to proceed, I had the laptop dropped off. It was repaired quickly and I was advised of any paths or decisions that would effect cost or performance. Definitely satisfied with the work, technical expertise and ability to explain with all of the tech jargon. Made decisions easier to make with understanding. Thanks again!

Disgusting store! The old guy was also really unnecessarily rude and he kept interrupting me to make fun of my usage of filler words. Do not come here if you are not prepared to interact with a grumpy old English guy. He lowballed me on the parts I was trying to sell and tried talking down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He seems very keen on misleading you on the worth of items at worst and at best he has no idea of the state of the RAM economy right now with the rise of AI. They have A LOT of stuff in there so they might have what you need in there but you will NOT enjoy the visit or the customer service skills. I will not be returning.

Brought my PC here due to a specific game crashing. After being sarcastic and unprofessional he finally quoted me to look at it. He said I needed it to be completely wiped and updated to windows 11. Told me the PC was done, when I arrived to pick it up 45 minutes after their call he was still putting it together where he was sweating into the case (pictures of the sweat drop spots). After standing around for 15 minutes and helping him pick up screw he kept dropping he finished. To be fair the PC work initially when I got it home for around 10 minutes (me making sure it turned on). The next day it would power on and nothing else would happen, no video display no power to any port or anything. After arguing with him on the phone again he looked at it (took over a day and a half) where he said he thinks it’s probably the mother board but can he sure because I was “putting him in a time crunch” and that was going to be $275 more than the initial $150 I already paid him to replace that mother board. The pc was not cleaned on any of the external components inside or outside of the case. The guy says he isn’t sure why I’m unhappy but he isn’t the person to blame. DO NOT go here. Save yourself time money and mental energy and go somewhere reputable.
