Bought a stove, did not work. They offered me another one and it also did not work. They tried to make it seem like it was my outlet causing the stoves to stop working, I had a stove plugged in for years there without a problem. I moved my double oven to that specific outlet and everything works as it should. So they brought me another stove since at this point I’ve already requested a refund and they don’t give refunds. I had to pay more towards this stove and guess what? STILL DOESN’T work. It’s been over a month and a half I’ve been calling them because they never call me to get it “fixed” but I’ve been given the runaround since then. I bought the stove in May, we are now in August. Pretty sure they are waiting on my 90 day warranty to run out at this point so they don’t have to fix it. Literally worst experience ever, do not recommend. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

They are very helpful as well if you are only looking for a part to replace on your current appliance. Some of the appliances are brand new but may have a scratch and others are gently used. I was greeted by friendly faces and great customer service. Super nice and willing to help in any way possible. It is a hometown business that is family owned and operated. Check it out.
