Ben's Tire and Auto Repair

I moved to Valdosta recently for work after attending school here a few years ago and am three hours away from anyone who knows how to handle my car and all its issues. I brought it in because of a coolant leak and smoke coming from under the hood. Ben’s had the coolant leak and an oil leak repaired by the next morning. When I was still having problems a few days later with excessive smoke coming from under the hood and into the cabin through the defrost, they found a second oil leak (work done by another shop in a different area of the car) and got it fixed up for me at no additional price. Everyone was nice and communicative with me about what was going on, and the owner even took the time to explain to me in detail what was wrong and what was fixed. He also took the time to speak with my mom over the phone to calm her nerves since she’s so far away from me and told me to come back if I have any other issues and they’ll get me taken care of. Amazing experience.

I just had the BEST experience at Ben’s. I was having major battery issues. I came to Ben’s on my lunch break. I was greeted at the door with a smile and immediate service. They tested everything and confirmed it was indeed a battery problem and not an alternator issue. (Thank goodness!) Within 30 minutes, I had a brand new battery at a completely reasonable price. They were honest, kind, and efficient. Absolutely recommend Ben’s to anyone needing car service. 5 stars all the way!
