UPDATED 11/13/25 I just noticed your reply to my review. Leaving the complex without notifying anyone is the supplier's fault? I doubt that. Y'all left on a Friday without telling ANYONE on the Board you were unable to complete work that day AND you left up barricades. THAT IS ON YOU...sir. And now I see you are back having to re-lick your calf on some poorly performed work. I would feel much better if you had just accepted responsibility for your company's part in the fiasco. If HOA's and "apartment" complexes are so difficult to work with, don't bid the job...sir. Dale's Paving, I am utterly disappointed in y'all. I live in EKC where y'all are currently doing a job. I do not represent the HOA other than being a condo owner who pays dues toward upkeep of the property. I am not a board member or any such thing. I AM the lady who spent her time and effort getting the parking lot cleared out this morning, which I didn't mind doing then but will not care to do it in the future. Twice this week y'all have run out of product/supplies. At least that is the reason we have been given when everything had to be rescheduled to other days twice. Doesn't seem like a company who has been in business this long could so badly underestimate the amount of product you need on a job. And today, no one even bothered to let the Board know the workers were leaving for the day with most of the work not done. They just skulked away and left us to figure it out for ourselves. THAT is totally unacceptable from a reputable company...so you figure out by that statement whether or not I consider y'all to be a reputable company. Our dumpsters weren't able to be emptied today because you folks needed the parking lot entrances closed down, which will leave us with full dumpsters until Tuesday...UNLESS y'all have to have the entrances closed AGAIN on that date. I am truly hurt and disappointed for myself and all the other residents affected and inconvenienced. Dale's paving NEEDS TO DO BETTER.
