I was extremely hesitant before starting our renovation. We had previously used another company for a large remodel, and it was a disaster. Adam and Lisa understood my trepidation and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Their communication, transparency, and professionalism was impeccable from start to finish. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. If you are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking company that can deliver beautiful results, then you don’t need to look any further. In June of 2024 we contacted Ashley’s with just a vague idea of what we wanted. Within a week, Lisa had provided us a 3D mock up using the very limited info we gave her. She hit it out of the park with her design. They began the renovation the second week of July and were done with everything the second week of August. They replaced all of the old flooring in our home. They found asbestos and were able to mitigate the abatement seamlessly. In the kitchen, Ashley’s thought of things we never thought of. They coordinated plumbing, electricity, flooring, asbestos abatement and everything else you could think of. We didn’t have to contact anyone or make any arrangements. They were on site every day to monitor installations, painting etc. they kept us updated at all times, even providing a calendar with dates and times of their daily plans. They stayed ahead of schedule almost the entire time. On the last day we were able to do a final walk through so they could address and concerns we may have, which we had none! I’ve heard horror stories about contractors and was prepared for the worst. I didn’t have one bad experience with Ashley’s. Just look at the transformation!
