Amazing experience!! Everyone’s super friendly and knowledgeable. Dee was super nice, I waited the whole duration of it and he kept me occupied. Came in for an alignment and ended up finding out I had a loose bolt that they were able to tighten. So thankful and satisfied with the whole process and appreciate everyone! 10/10
I have used Rebel Automotive for few years by my husband’s recommendation. So far i didn’t have any issues or problems. Get things done properly and done it right. highly recommended.
On December 5, 2024, I had the consumer battery of my old and cherished 2003 R230 SL55 AMG replaced at Rebel Automotive. Despite being an old and finicky car that many places refuse to service, they responded to my request quickly and accurately, completing the battery replacement in less than a day after I made the request. The woman at the desk provided friendly explanations and delivered exceptionally friendly customer service. The amount I paid was reasonable, and considering the time I would have spent waiting, receiving delayed responses, and traveling back and forth to other places, it was a satisfactory price. I will continue to visit Rebel Automotive in the future, and I recommend them to everyone reading this. They are a top-tier service center in the Henderson/Vegas area, providing fast service at honest prices.
Fast and friendly service! They said it would take 45 min to 1 hr for my oil change but it was 40 min only. Front desk personnel was very friendly and polite. The game room/arcade/waiting room upstairs for the kids was amazing and FREE!! My kids cried because they didn't want to leave. Will return. Do recommed.
