I had an issue with my PC that I couldn’t figure out so I brought it in to see Jake and he was awesome. It turned out to be something very simple to fix, he explained the issue and made sure I didn’t need anything else. The next time I need diagnostic or upgrades I will 100% be back. Great customer service and knowledge base five stars all the way.
Jake was extremely helpful. Great customer service, offers great diagnostics on my PC and lots of great builds to choose from. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.
Found this place on google, went in asking for some spare standoff screws since NZXT didn’t send me any with my new AIO Cooler. Jake was extremely helpful and found a set that I could use and they worked perfectly. Definitely coming back here for PC help in the future.
Called to have some questions answered about their prebuilt PC and prices. Jake was super helpful and knew pretty much all the answers. Came to a decision and he offered the financial help they provided. Easy to setup and approved. One month later PC running great and no problems at all.
