The people who operate this business, know what customer service is and how to treat a consumer. I live in Las Cruces and these employees, Matt, Joe and Maryanne were my life savers. They were able to diagnose my unit problem, over the phone, provide me with needed parts and show me how to make my own repairs. An update, once again Culligan of Alamogordo has saved the day. The line from the brine tank to the resin tank disintegrated. The line is over 10 years old and has been in two different states. I was able to replace the line with one purchased from Home Depot, however. Soon discovered the compression fitting was also fractured. The entire staff at SHAW Culligan immediately took an interest in my situation and came to a fix that showed me what real teamwork can achieve. Plus they didn’t have the heart to charge me for the replacement parts, since my Culligan Soft Water System is no longer in use. They were genuinely excited to see the pictures of the model that I have and reiterated, should I ever need any help, to please contact them.
