We had a 30 year old MasterCool that went out before summer. The folks at at HSC replaced it with an AeroCool. Great service and cooler. Two months later, the float went out. HSC, came out same day and replaced it in 100 degree weather. Fantastic. Highly recommend!
Plumbing supervisor was supposed to call me prior to arriving, but never did. He said that was never in the conversation! Yes it was!!! as it was a vacant home and needed to meet him there. He went, didn't even bother calling, not even while he was waiting! I always recommend them, for multiple jobs, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!
HSC is totally awesome! Called late in the afternoon on Thursday for estimate on water heater replacement. Called me within 30 minutes from a plumber and were at my house within another 30 minutes. Agreed to have it done the following morning and they were there by 9am with everything they needed. Water heater and lines, fittings and such. Great technician named Stephen went above and beyond to make sure he covered all the details, extreme attention to detail. Everything was completely done in 2 hours. Great service from start to finish, thank you so much HSC.
