These guys were so helpful and honest about what needed to be done with our vehicle. They worked on getting things fixed, let us know when they had to stop so they wouldn't cost us unnecessary money on such an old vehicle. They barely charged us for all of the great information and time they spent on our vehicle. 100% recommend and I will take all my vehicles here from now on!
It was my first time here and the service was excellent. David was kind, professional, and kept me up to date with the work needed to be done on the car. I will certainly be using Buititta in the future with any repairs. The price and service were excellent.

Today was one of those days where my vehicle had “problems” crap! we get to know our cars pretty well with the years; this time was a wheel bearing, knew which one and side. Took my vehicle for a wheel bearing replacement to Butitta Auto Service. Personnel are highly trained- qualified. BEFORE anything was done they gave me a call back after I dropped it off, confirming the issue and got a quote, less expensive as other places!! They also checked everything else! Got a great report in my iPhone with pics & parts explanations, they even showed me the bad part ( not like some out there, showing you a BS part that’s not from your car) Butitta is a GREAT Auto Service, highly recommended, located in Janesville, Wisconsin. Don’t get screwed and go there!! I’ll give this business 5 stars.. why? The detailed check on my car sent to my iPhone with photos, web links, detail explanations and causes if not fixed on time, how it looks if it’s damaged. The whole works!!
