We were able to make a next day appointment and Moen did an amazing job. He was super honest with what we needed, pricing was reasonable and he was super hard working getting 4 rooms plus hallway/stairs done in about an hour. The carpets look great and we would definitely use Moen and Crystal Carpet Care again!
We called yesterday for a carpet and rug cleans and they gave us a flat fee and got us in the next day. Tony came in on time and was very informative, quick and professional. He even informed us that some people are sensitive to the deodorizer and had us smell it first to make sure we’d be happy with it. Very thoughtful and efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone 👍🏼

Mo did an amazing job! Scheduled for 3:00pm and he communicated that he could be earlier, arranged to move to 2:00pm. Called me at 230 to lmk he was on his way. Arrived promptly at 2:00pm. We did a walk through and he quickly got to work. under 90 minutes and my carpets and stairs look amazing! So happy to have this done. I will definitely call Crystal Carpet Care again. I also want to say the person I spoke with on the phone was also really great! She was also one of the reasons I called back after calling the company I had used previously because she was so nice and personable.
The service man Mo was fantastic. He was Polite and very informative 10 out of 10 for him. I originally called two places to get estimates on carpet cleaning. The first place I called had more years of experience than you however, after speaking to the person on the phone with your company, I decided to go with you. She was so friendly so kind and just had a presence about her on the telephone that I’m like Yep this is the company I want to use. I would totally recommend you guys and I will be definitely using you again. Thank you so much for your great service.
