Absolutely an amazing job!!! I cut my toe in the garden….didnt realize it and went back into the house. It was like the final scene from the movie Carrie!! My blood was all over the carpet…like ALL over. They were here within 24 hours.Fixed 100%. Highly recommended
Excellent service, very professional. I did not know carpet stretching was an option, but it worked well. A little bit of an upsell to the more effective agitator tool, but somewhat offset by a discount. Technician arrived the next day and was done in 2 hours, very quick.
Ricky was a great technician! He communicated his ETA, arrived at the beginning of the service window and he was quick but thorough. He was knowledgeable about our issue (pet urine) and took time and care to be sure the cleaning was done right. I would definitely rehire J&M!
