Great team that did a great job with water mitigation at my place. 4 stars because of two things. 1. The assigned PM could do a better job at communicating and providing updates on the timelines of when the job is expected to be completed. As the customer, I should not be reaching out every single time to get updates just to be given a non conclusive update. 2. Could do better a packing out stuff, a TV sized box should not have one tiny item packed in it and the rest of the space filled with papers. Takes alot of time to unpack these single items. Did a fantastic job nonetheless!

I contacted SERVPRO after already paying a hefty amount for a professional mold inspection. I explained that the mold had already been identified and I simply needed a remediation quote. Despite that, they wanted to charge $350 + tax just to come visually look at the mold and give an estimate. There was no need for them to locate or test the mold because I already did that. Charging $350 just to provide a quote felt excessive and unreasonable. Their pricing for this step seems crazy, and I would strongly recommend looking at other companies and getting multiple quotes before working with them.

We had our basement flood on a Monday evening and throughout the night. We called the company the next morning and they quickly arrived and gave us a quote. Great service from Drew and Lloyd and with the Office member on the phone.
