I had a wonderful experience working with Chang and his team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone/use them again in the future! I had an antique bench style couch reupholstered that had lots of damage done to the seats and underneath the bench. When they came to pick up my couch they arrived EXACTLY on time. They got it completed several days earlier than expected and did it for the best price in town I could find. It honestly looks like a new couch and so much better than I could have ever imagined. He kept me updated through the whole process and was so easy to work with. The work Crow Upholstery did on my couch is phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with the results!

The service is very poor, when you ask about a time estimate I got a response like "sometime in the next week", not even trying to make an estimate. I was planning to fix 3 cushions with them and I got the feeling that the attendant was not even a bit interested in the job even when he was planning to charge $180 to fix 3 cushions. At the end, I had to take my business to another side. I definitely recommend a change of attitude, less laziness and better customer care.
